These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (“Terms”) govern your use of the Odysseya app and website (the “Service”), operated by Xeragus Technologies LLC (“Odysseya,” “we,” “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Service on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Some features require an account, which you can create with an email and password or by signing in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by emailing hello@odysseya.ai.
The Service is free to start. Odysseya Premium is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks the custom free-text day-trip planner. Keyword search of the history archive is free for everyone. Premium is offered in two plans:

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: attempting to disrupt or overload it; accessing it through automated means except as permitted; infringing others' rights; uploading unlawful, harmful, or abusive content; or using it to violate any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that breaches these Terms.
You retain ownership of content you create in the Service, such as comments, likes, and saved trips. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service. You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the rights to share it.
Odysseya presents historical information and generates AI answers and trip itineraries for general information and entertainment. This content may contain errors or omissions and should not be relied upon as professional, travel-safety, or navigational advice. Always verify opening hours, access, and travel conditions independently. You are responsible for your own safety when visiting any place.
The Service, including its software, design, text, and branding, is owned by Xeragus Technologies LLC and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.
The Service integrates third-party services (for example, OpenAI, Mapbox, Google, Apple, Stripe, and Cloudflare), each governed by its own terms. If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use is also subject to that store's terms. Where you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Odysseya, not Apple; that Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app; and that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xeragus Technologies LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or €50.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Xeragus Technologies LLC's place of organization, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
